Registering for Online Services
The easiest way to manage your appointments and prescriptions.
You can access a variety of services online through the NHS App and Patient Access without having to phone or visit our practice.
The NHS App is the best way to access your medical records and order repeat medications.
Through the NHS App you can:
If you're aged 16 or over, you can download the NHS App from the App Store or Google Play.
The App will take you through the process of finding your medical records, and linking you to your GP practice.
Many of our patients are also registered with Patient Access.
Through Patient Access you can:
This will help you take more control of your health, particularly planning ahead for appointments and checking when you were last issued your medications.
Patient Access works in the web browser on any phone, tablet or computer. There is also an app for iOS and Android.
Come to reception to collect a registration form. If you're the parent of a child aged under 12, you can also collect a proxy registration form to use online services in their name.
Simply complete the form(s) and bring into the surgery with two forms of Identification.
Our reception team will process the form and give you your personal login details and password. You will then be able to log in and access online services straight away.
You can access Patient Access from our homepage, or by bookmarking their website, or by downloading their app.
We look closely at all applications to make sure they are genuine. Access can be withdrawn at any time if we have concerns about patient confidentiality.
